Refund and Returns Policy

Website Retail Products

Unused and unopened retail products purchased at regular price and in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase. In order for an item to be returned for a full refund, the item must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and with its original packaging. Proof of purchase by the customer requesting return must be available.

  • For returned items: Once the returned item(s) are received, the item(s) will be inspected and a refund will be either approved or rejected. The Haven Retail Store will provide return shipping information to the customer. If the refund is rejected, the item will not be reshipped to the customer unless the customer requests the item(s) back and agrees to pay a shipping fee to return the item(s).
  • For approved refunds: Refunds, minus a restocking fee, will be issued to the original form of payment.

On Sale, Clearance or Special-Order Items

On Sale, Clearance, and Special-Order items are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Gift Certificates

No refund requests will be accepted for Gift Certificates purchased at
the online retail store. Gift Certificates sold online or directly at the spa have no
expiration date.
